DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

• To prepare one 225ml serving, pour 190ml of room temperature or warm water less than 35°C into a cup and gradually mix in 5 leveled scoops of PediaSure powder.
• Store unopened can in a cool, dry place at room temperature not to exceed 25° C (not under refrigeration). Opened can should be covered and contents used within 3 weeks. Once mixed, PediaSure meal should be covered, refrigerated and used within 24 hours.
• never heat formula in a microwave oven. Serious burns can result. Mixing formula with water above 35 degrees celsius may compromise the benefits of the probiotics.
